At The Lab. Lashes and Brows by Lex, we are committed to providing exceptional lash and brow services in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking an appointment.

1. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on any completed services.

If you are unsatisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess your concerns and, if necessary, schedule a complimentary touch-up or correction appointment.

2. Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Retail Product Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any retail products (such as lash cleansers, brushes, or aftercare items) once they have been opened or used. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full service, and your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will not be able to book future appointments until directly contacting the owner operator.

5. Allergic Reactions

While we use high-quality products and proper techniques, individual reactions can happen. We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions. If you believe you’re experiencing an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately. We may offer a complimentary lash removal service if needed.

6. Booking Errors

If you book the wrong service or length of appointment and we are unable to accommodate the correction at the time of your visit, your deposit will not be refunded. We can find another date and time to reschedule your appointment. Please read service descriptions carefully when booking.
